Every change makes the next one cheaper.
A program spends its first eight months finding out what the system does, then throws that knowledge away when the team rolls off. The next program starts from the same blank page, which is why the second one costs as much as the first.

How much does Aedeon cost?

Pro, Team and Max include evolution credits; credits used beyond the included amount are billed as you go.
What am I paying for?
Two things: the platform subscription, and the evolution credits your changes actually use. Every change plan shows its estimated cost before you approve it. Consultant quarters, change orders and engagement labor are never on an Aedeon bill.
Which plan do we need to change a production system?
Max or Virtual Private Aedeon. Production evolution runs on those two plans, which include the full platform: Aedeon Graph, Aedeon Supervisor and Aedeon Evolve. Pro covers mapping with Aedeon Graph. Team adds planning and collaboration.
What is the difference between Max and Virtual Private Aedeon?
Both run the full platform. Virtual Private Aedeon is single-tenant, with your keys, in your region, with your own model routing and exportable data, and it is built for regulated and sovereign deployment. Max is $200 a month. Virtual Private Aedeon starts from $50,000 a year.
What does “no change orders” mean?
A change order is how a program bills for the work nobody scoped. Aedeon writes each change plan from the map of what your systems actually do, shows its estimated cost, and runs nothing until someone approves it. No delivery team bills hours against your change, so there is nothing to change-order.
Do we need your consultants?
No. Aedeon is a product and your team runs it. Hands-on delivery help is available through services partners, who contract and bill separately. Aedeon never bills engagement labor.

Is there a free trial?

Can we start small?
Yes. Most enterprises connect one system first, look at the graph, and only then decide what to change. Starting requires no upfront commitment and no minimum size.
How long does a first change take?
Connecting one system and watching the graph build takes about an hour. A first production change typically lands inside a quarter. The New York Times evolution ran twelve weeks end to end.
Who has used this?

Security and ownership
Do you train on our code?
No, on any plan, including the free trial. Aedeon is never trained on customer code, in any form. There are no pooled indexes and no cross-tenant embeddings. Supervisor is trained on engineering best practices only. Your graph, source and analysis stay inside your own tenant.
Which AI models does Aedeon use?
Aedeon orchestrates frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini and xAI Grok, limited to the ones your organization approves. Supervisor, the planning model, is Aedeon’s own.
Where does Aedeon run?
Inside your boundary: a private VPC in your cloud, a sovereign region, or fully air-gapped. Bring your own keys. Virtual Private Aedeon is the single-tenant plan for regulated and sovereign deployment.
What about compliance?
SOX, PCI and HIPAA impact diffs come with every change, so the audit trail gets stronger as your systems evolve. SOC 2, PCI DSS and HIPAA certifications are in progress.
What happens if a change breaks something?
It does not reach production. The new system runs against the old one on your real traffic first. Anything behaving differently is flagged, corrected and checked again before the change is allowed to ship.
What stays with us if we stop paying?
Everything Aedeon produced in your Git stays with you. Every change lands there with its source, analysis, model, approvals and verification runs attached, and your team owns all of it.
